1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Ideogram 4 Pro. If you use Ideogram 4 Pro on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.
2. The Service
Ideogram 4 Pro provides AI-assisted workflows for logos, posters, product ads, social visuals, edits, enhancements, prompt galleries, asset management, and related creative operations.
Features, models, credit costs, rate limits, and availability may change as we improve the service or respond to provider, safety, legal, or operational requirements.
3. Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.
4. Credits, Plans, and Billing
- Credits are consumed when you use metered features, including generation, editing, enhancement, video, or API workflows.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period.
- Credit costs may vary by feature, model, resolution, duration, or provider routing.
- Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Taxes, exchange rates, and provider fees may apply.
5. Content and AI Output
You are responsible for prompts, uploads, product images, generated outputs, and any use of those materials. You must have all rights needed for content you upload or submit.
Subject to your plan, applicable law, third-party rights, and provider terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. We do not guarantee uniqueness, originality, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular use.
6. Prohibited Use
- Illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, violent, hateful, or harassing activity.
- Sexual, adult, pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, or otherwise NSFW content.
- Content involving minors, apparent minors, non-consensual sexual imagery, sexual deepfakes, or exploitative content.
- Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidential information rights.
- Attempts to bypass filters, quotas, billing, rate limits, security controls, or provider restrictions.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, or interference with service availability.
7. Teams and Workspaces
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing members, permissions, assets, billing, and compliance within their workspace.
Actions taken by team members may consume credits or affect shared assets. Review workspace access before inviting collaborators.
8. Third-Party Services
Some features rely on third-party infrastructure, AI providers, payment processors, storage providers, analytics tools, or authentication services. Their terms and policies may apply to their processing.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, abused the service, or used the service in a way that may harm other users or infrastructure.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as is and as available. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique, or unsuitable for your intended use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new last updated date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
